Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle
- Sie erstellen Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
- Sie führen Kontenabstimmungen durch und klären/überwachen offene Posten
- Sie übernehmen die Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- Sie arbeiten bei der Erstellung von Budgetplänen und Forecasts mit
- Sie analysieren Finanzdaten und erstellen entsprechende Berichte
- Sie arbeiten mit Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen und Steuerberater:innen zusammen
- Sie entwickeln und optimieren die internen Buchhaltungsprozesse weiter

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Finanzen/Rechnungswesen
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, und haben Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware wie SAP, DATEV oder vergleichbaren Systemen
- Sie haben gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
- Sie arbeiten selbständig, strukturiert und sorgfältig und verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie sind teamfähig und kommunikationsstark

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
