Fertigungsmitarbeiter für IC-Testsysteme (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bauen, justieren und montieren Testsysteme von EMV Testsystemen und Testequipment nach technischen Vorgaben
- Sie löten, verschrauben und verkabeln feinmechanische und elektronische Baugruppen
- Sie bestücken manuell und halbautomatisch Leiterplatten für Testsysteme
- Sie führen Messungen und Funktionstests an unseren Produkten durch
- Sie nutzen und bedienen Mess- und Prüfgeräte (z. B. Oszilloskop, Spektrumanalysator, Netzwerkanalysator) zur Qualitätssicherung
- Sie dokumentieren Testergebnisse und unterstützen bei der Optimierung von Prozessen sowie bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsdokumentationen zur Fertigungsoptimierung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der elektronischen Fertigung, Messtechnik oder feinmechanischen Montage
- Sie sind mindestens Facharbeiter in einem elektrotechnischen Beruf oder haben eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (z. B. Elektroniker:in, Industrietechniker:in, Mechaniker:in)
- Sie verfügen über präzise und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, ideal für Arbeiten an mikroskopisch kleinen Komponenten
- Sie haben Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfgeräten
- Sie besitzen gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
