Was erwartet dich?
- Du identifizierst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, Partnerschaften und Vertriebskanäle im Food & Beverage Sektor und der Gastronomie-Zulieferindustrie
- Du bist zuständig für den Aufbau und die Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Bestands- und Neukund:innen, inkl. Vertragsverhandlungen und individueller Lösungsentwicklung. Dabei bringst du das "gewisse Etwas" an Kreativität mit, um Potentiale zur Weiterentwicklung einzubringen
- Du steuerst die erfolgreiche und effiziente Umsetzung von Kund:innenprojekten und arbeitest gleichzeitig eng mit unserem Entwicklungs- & Data-Teams zusammen, um unser Kund:innenportfolio strategisch weiter zu entwickeln
- Du übernimmst die Entwicklung und Optimierung interner Geschäftsprozesse, um Effizienz und Skalierbarkeit sicherzustellen
- Du arbeitest aktiv an der Erstellung von Budget- und Finanzplänen zur Unterstützung unserer Wachstumsstrategie mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Management, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
- Du hast mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Business Development, Operations Management oder in einer ähnlichen Position, gerne im Startup- oder Food & Beverage-Umfeld
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse, Finanzplanung und Projektmanagement - idealerweise mit ersten Berührungspunkten zu IT- & Data-bezogenen Themen
- Du vereinst starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit unternehmerischem Denken, Hands-on-Mentalität und bringst ein gewisses Maß an Flexibilität hinsichtlich der Dynamik der Startup-Branche mit
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und verhandlungssicher im Umgang mit Kund:innen und Partner:innen
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Office-Tools, insbesondere in Powerpoint bzw. in der Erstellung von Präsentations-Unterlagen und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen sowie im Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
