Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und führst die Einführung unseres internationalen Business Systems durch, einschließlich Auftragsverwaltung, Rechnungsstellung, Zahlungsverkehr und Buchhaltung
- Du koordinierst Ressourcen effizient, um die Produktivität und Effektivität der kommerziellen Systeme zu maximieren
- Du löst Probleme und beseitigst Hindernisse, die der Erreichung der Programmziele im Wege stehen
- Du überwachst den Fortschritt, managst Risiken und berichtest den Programmstatus an die Stakeholder
- Du kommunizierst und managst die Erwartungen der Interessengruppen auf verschiedenen Ebenen
- Du überwachst die finanziellen Aspekte und stellst sicher, dass das Programm innerhalb des Budgets durchgeführt wird

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Projektmanagement, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet, vorzugsweise einen Master-Abschluss
- Du bringst mehr als 8 Jahre Erfahrung im Programm- und/oder Projektmanagement mit und hast eine nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung großer IT-Programme
- Du hast Beratungserfahrung bei der Einführung von internationalen Handels- oder Finanzsystemen wie Infor oder SAP
- Du verfügst über hervorragende Führungsqualitäten sowie sehr gute zwischenmenschliche und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Du besitzt hervorragende Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und ausgeprägtes strategisches Denken, Problemlösungs- und Konfliktmanagementfähigkeiten
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
