Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst und leitest ein internationales Team von qualifizierten Netzwerktechniker:innen
- Du erstellst, analysierst und optimierst eigene Arbeitsabläufe für die Kapazitätsplanung, Bereitstellung und Übergabe
- Du definierst, überwachst und verbesserst die KPIs zur Messung der Teamleistung, der Prozesseffizienz und der Budgeteinhaltung
- Du arbeitest mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, einschließlich Produktmanagement, IT-Betrieb und Netzwerkdiensten, zusammen, um die Abstimmung und effektive Kommunikation sicherzustellen
- Du entwickelst und verwaltest Projektpläne, Ressourcenzuweisung und Zeitpläne zur Gewährleistung einer erfolgreichen Projektabwicklung
- Du beaufsichtigst die Prozesse für das Lieferanten- und Lieferkettenmanagement, um die rechtzeitige und bedarfsgerechte Lieferung von Hardware und Komponenten sicherzustellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik, Netzwerktechnik oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Netzbetrieb, Technik oder einem verwandten Bereich, mit Schwerpunkt auf Prozessoptimierung und Projektmanagement
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung leistungsstarker Teams, vorzugsweise in internationalen Umgebungen
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis von Netzwerkprotokollen, Architekturen und Technologien, einschließlich Routing, Switching, Sicherheit und Cloud-Netzwerken
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift und kannst effektiv mit Ingenieur:innen, Führungskräften, Interessengruppen und Kund:innen interagieren. Englisch ist erforderlich, Deutsch ist ein Plus
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Prozessoptimierung und Projektmanagement-Methoden. PMP, PRINCE2 oder gleichwertige Zertifizierungen sind ein Plus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
