Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest ausgehend von Fertigungsaufträgen Bestellungen von internen und externen Kund:innen, überwachst Lieferfristen und stellst sicher, dass die benötigten Materialien termingerecht und kosteneffizient beschafft werden
- Du hegst enge Beziehungen zu Lieferanten, um den Beschaffungsprozess zu optimieren
- Du unterstützt bei der Fertigungssteuerung, überwachst und planst unsere Produktion
- Du überwachst den Materialbestand, optimierst die Lagerhaltung und minimierst Überbestände
- Du gewährleistest, dass die Qualität der gelieferten Materialien den Anforderungen entspricht und dokumentierst die Beschaffungstransaktionen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Einkauf oder über ein duales Studium
- Du hast Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf, idealerweise in der Maschinenbauindustrie, und besitzt Kenntnisse in der Beschaffung und im Lieferantenmanagement
- Du hast Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und Einkaufstools
- Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse, um problemlos in einem internationalen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Du handelst eigenverantwortlich und besitzt gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, die für diese Position von großer Bedeutung sind

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
