Leiter für Fertigungsdisposition und Prozessoptimierung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst und lastest Fertigungsaufträge basierend auf Kundenanforderungen und Produktionskapazitäten ein
- Du stellst eine effiziente, termingerechte und qualitativ hochwertige Produktion sicher
- Du analysierst die Produktionsprozesse und verbesserst sie kontinuierlich, berücksichtigst dabei Kosten- und Effizienzanspekte und setzt Maßnahmen zur Kostensenkung und Produktivitätssteigerung um
- Du planst und koordinierst die Produktion mit dem Ziel, die optimale Auslastung der Fertigungskapazitäten zu erreichen und Stillstandzeiten zu minimieren
- Du entwickelst Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung, setzt diese um und überprüfst sowie verbesserst kontinuierlich die Produktionsprozesse, um höchste Qualitätsstandards zu erreichen
- Du leitest das Team für Fertigungsdisposition, entwickelst es weiter, führst Mitarbeitergespräche und Feedbackrunden durch und organisierst Schulungsmaßnahmen, um die Fachkompetenz und Motivation der Mitarbeitenden zu fördern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Fertigungsplanung und -steuerung mit
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
- Du zeichnest dich durch Teamstärke, Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Du bist erfahren in der Prozessentwicklung und -optimierung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
