Was erwartet dich?
- Du nimmst Kundenaufträge an, prüfst und erfasst sie in unserem ERP-System SAP BusinessOne
- Du klärst technische Fragen und stimmst dich mit Kund:innen sowie internen Abteilungen ab
- Du erstellst und verwaltest Arbeitspläne und Stücklisten
- Du koordinierst dich eng mit der Produktionsplanung zur termingerechten Umsetzung der Aufträge und stimmst dich mit dem Einkauf zur Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit ab
- Du optimierst die Prozesse in der Auftragseingabe und Arbeitsvorbereitung
- Du betreust unsere Telefonzentrale und unsere Kund:innen vor Ort

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung im technischen Innendienst, in der Auftragseingabe oder Arbeitsvorbereitung, idealerweise in der Metallbearbeitung
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (vorzugsweise SAP)
- Du verfügst über analytisches Denkvermögen und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und zuverlässig
- Du bist teamfähig und kommunikationsstark
- Optional: Du hast optional einen Ausbilderschein (AdA-Schein)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
