Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzeptionierst, programmierst und optimierst KI- und Machine-Learning-Modelle zur Entscheidungsunterstützung und Automatisierung in unseren Leitstellensystemen
- Du bindest die KI-Komponenten in bestehende Softwarearchitekturen unter Berücksichtigung von Skalierbarkeit, Robustheit und Sicherheitsstandards ein
- Du arbeitest bei der Lösung komplexer Problemstellungen eng mit unserem Produktmanagement zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Mathematik, Data Science oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- Du hast Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen wie Python, C++ oder Java sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit relevanten Frameworks (z. B. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von automatisierten Planungs- oder Optimierungsalgorithmen, idealerweise im logistischen oder transporttechnischen Umfeld
- Du hast analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme strukturiert und praxisorientiert zu lösen
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit großen Datensätzen sowie in der Modellierung und Lösung mathematischer Optimierungsprobleme

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
