Referent für Gebäudeleittechnik und Sicherheit (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Überwachung und Steuerung der Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Kälte- und Elektroanlagen über die GLT
- Programmierung und Überwachung der Systeme gemäß Vorgaben aus dem Veranstaltungsbetrieb
- Entgegennahme von Störungsmeldungen und Weitergabe an interne Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) bzw. Fremdfirmen
- Überwachung und Bedienung von Brandmeldeanlage, Videotechnik, Beschallungsanlage und Parkleitsystem
- Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung von Notrufen über Telefon, Aufzugsnotruf und Behindertennotruf
- Veranlassen von Maßnahmen gemäß Sicherheitskonzept und Notfallhandbuch
- Durchführen von Schalthandlungen im Mittelspannungsnetz über die Leittechnik
- Zuarbeit zur Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsplanung für die Sicherheits- und Gebäudeleittechnik
- Beseitigung von Störungen im eigenen Bereich
- wirtschaftlicher Einsatz der Ressourcen und Maßnahmenerarbeitung zur Anlagenoptimierung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung bspw. im Bereich MSR-Technik, Mechatronik, Anlagentechnik (Haustechnik), Elektrotechnik oder im Bereich Informationstechnologie
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in den Gebieten Gebäudeleittechnik und Sicherheitstechnik
- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Steuerungssoftware sowie den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
- Sie arbeiten zuverlässig, sorgfältig und teamorientiert
- Sie besitzen Englischkenntnisse, die von Vorteil sind, und die Fähigkeit, auch in kritischen Situationen rasch und entschlossen zu handeln
- Sie sind bereit zu Wochenend-, Feiertags- und Nachtarbeit (Arbeit nach Dienstplan, 39-Stunden-Woche mit Freizeitausgleich für Wochenenddienste) sowie zur Übernahme von Rufbereitschaften

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
