Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für das IT-Management: Von der Administration unserer Office-Lizenzen bis hin zum Management unserer verschiedenen Systeme (ERP, Tourenplanung, Produktmanagement, HR-Software, etc.) und unserer IT-Infrastruktur - Sie sind der Admin
- Sie übernehmen den IT-Betrieb: Ganz klassisch versorgen Sie unsere Mitarbeitenden mit der benötigten Hard- wie auch Software und behalten dabei den Überblick
- Sie bringen sich in IT-Projekte ein: Bei uns können und sollen Sie sich mit Ihren Ideen und Ihrem Knowhow einbringen, ohne Scheuklappen. Bringen Sie dazu Ihre IT-Projekte voran, ggf. auch mit kleineren Coding-Arbeiten in Richtung VBA und SQL
- Sie erstellen umfassende und verständliche Dokumentationen: Durch Ihre Dokumentation der IT-Prozesse und Strukturen behalten Sie im Team den Überblick

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, bspw. als Fachinformatiker*in für Systemintegration, und wir sind im Aufgabengebiet flexibel mit Einsatzmöglichkeiten sowohl für Berufseinsteiger:innen wie auch für erfahrene Fachkräfte
- Sie bringen Erfahrung in der Administration von ERP-Systemen (z.B. Comarch) und Microsoft 365 sowie grundlegende Coding-Kenntnisse in Bezug auf SQL und VBA mit
- Sie können sich strukturieren und organisieren, aber auch in Ihr Team einbringen, da wir sowohl eigenverantwortlich wie auch vernetzt arbeiten
- Sie gehen aktiv auf nötige Themen zu und bringen diese dynamisch voran, wobei Sie Unterstützung durch Ihr Team und die Geschäftsleitung erhalten
- Sie müssen sich mit Ihren Kolleg:innen sicher auf Deutsch verständigen können, und gute Englischkenntnisse sind natürlich ein Plus

Can I process my application afterwards?
Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
