Exportmanager für internationale Märkte (m/w/d)
Als Exportmanager bei ELS gestaltest du aktiv den internationalen Marktausbau, entwickelst neue Vertriebspartnerschaften und steuerst strategische Exportprozesse. Du navigierst durch komplexe Exportregularien, führst Verhandlungen mit globalen Kunden und bringst unsere Produkte in neue Märkte – mit viel Herz und unternehmerischem Weitblick!
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erschließt und baust internationale Märkte aus
- Du überwachst und analysierst betriebliche Kennzahlen zur Sicherstellung der wirtschaftlichen Zielerreichung und führst Abweichungsanalysen durch
- Du erstellst und analysierst das Reporting für die Geschäftsführung, die Betriebsbereiche und die Gesellschafter
- Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen in den Betriebsprozessen
- Du erarbeitest und überwachst Budgets, Forecasts und Investitionsrechnungen
- Du führst Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Kostenanalysen auf Betriebsebene durch
- Du entwickelst und pflegst Controlling-Instrumente zur Prozess- und Kostensteuerung
- Du erstellst und setzt Exportstrategien um
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Umsatz- und Absatzentwicklung in den Exportmärkten und die Umsatzplanerstellung
- Du erstellst Angebote, führst Preisverhandlungen und schließt Verträge ab
- Du betreust bestehende Kund:innen und Partnerschaften und unterstützt bei internationalen Messen und Veranstaltungen
- Du unterstützt Kund:innen bei technischen Fragen zu Produkten und Leistungen und berichtest regelmäßig an die Vertriebsleitung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, internationaler Business Administration, Außenhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb oder Exportgeschäft
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Exportrecht, Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Englisch, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
- Du hast starke Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten und bist bereit für internationale Geschäftsreisen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
