Projektingenieur für Heizungs- und Lüftungstechnik (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die technische Planung und Konstruktion der Heizungs- und Lüftungstechnik von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung auf der Baustelle (entsprechend der Leistungsphasen der HOAI)
- Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Fachabteilungen, externen Partner:innen und technischen Systemplaner:innen zusammen, um eine optimale Umsetzung der Projekte zu gewährleisten
- Sie unterstützen bei der Kostenkalkulation und sorgen dafür, dass die Projekte im Budgetrahmen und innerhalb des vorgegebenen Zeitplans umgesetzt werden
- Sie stellen sicher, dass alle Arbeiten den höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen und die technischen Anforderungen erfüllt werden

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Gebäude- bzw. Versorgungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung in der Planung von Heizungstechnik-Anlagen, idealerweise im Bereich der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA)
- Sie kennen sich mit den einschlägigen technischen Regelwerken und den Vorschriften des Bauvertragsrechts sowie VOB, HVA bzw. ABau, HOAI aus
- Sie ergänzen Ihre guten Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten durch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie verfügen über fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
