Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest und steuerst eigenständig Photovoltaik-Projekte von der Planung bis zur Fertigstellung
- Du koordinierst und überwachst alle Projektphasen, einschließlich technischer Planung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme
- Du bist die Ansprechperson für Kund:innen, Lieferant:innen, Subunternehmer:innen und interne Abteilungen
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards sicher
- Du erstellst technische Dokumentationen, Projektberichte und Genehmigungsunterlagen
- Du optimierst Prozesse zur Effizienzsteigerung in der Projektabwicklung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Elektrotechnik, erneuerbare Energien, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Photovoltaik-Projekten mit
- Du kennst die relevanten technischen Vorschriften und Normen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Führung von Projektteams
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, Planungssoftware und idealerweise CAD-Programmen
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, verhandlungssicher und durchsetzungsfähig
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
