Was erwartet dich?
- Du wirkst bei der Administration, Konfiguration, Inventarisierung und Betreuung der Hard- und Software mit, inklusive Anwendersupport (Beratung und Unterstützung) für verschiedene, kommunale Fachanwendungen per Telefon, E-Mail und im direkten Kontakt
- Du führst eigenständig Fehleranalysen durch, klassifizierst und behebst Fehler
- Du hältst die Mitarbeitenden über IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, Datenschutz und Datensicherung informiert und sensibilisierst sie dafür
- Du arbeitest mit externen Dienstleistern zusammen und koordinierst verschiedene Aufgaben im Bereich Datenschutz und IT-Sicherheit
- Du arbeitest in Projekten mit und unterstützt die Verwaltungsdigitalisierung
- Du erstellst Dokumentationen und pflegst diese

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, z. B. als Fachinformatiker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. vergleichbare Kenntnisse durch nachgewiesene mehrjährige berufliche Erfahrung
- Du verfügst über umfassende Fachkenntnisse in den Bereichen: Betriebssysteme (Windows 11, Windows Server 2022), Server-Virtualisierung (VMware vSphere), Microsoft Office-Pakete
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Dokumenten Management Systemen, vorzugsweise d.velop documents
- Du bist teamfähig, kommunikationsstark, belastbar, flexibel und zuverlässig
- Du bist bereit zur ständigen Weiterbildung und arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert sowie lösungsorientiert
- Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation mit eigenständiger und strukturierter Arbeitsweise und hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
