- Sie betreuen eigenverantwortlich die schriftliche Kommunikation mit Mitgliedern, Mieter:innen und Behörden
- Sie organisieren und führen die Wohnungsabnahmen effizient durch
- Sie leiten das Team der Hauswarte/-besorger mit fachlicher Kompetenz
- Sie überwachen aufmerksam unsere externen Dienstleister für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
- Sie bereichern unsere Gemeinschaft durch aktive Teilnahme an genossenschaftlichen Veranstaltungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Ein Berufsabschluss in der Bau- oder Immobilienwirtschaft (Studium/Berufsausbildung) sowie erste Erfahrungen in der Immobilienverwaltung und technischen Bewirtschaftung bilden die Grundlage
- Überdurchschnittliche Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten zeichnen aus
- Eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung wird geschätzt
- Sichere Anwendung von MS-Office® und Kenntnisse in WODIS® sind vorhanden; GAEB-Softwarekenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Selbstständiges, vorausschauendes und teamorientiertes Arbeiten sowie Termintreue sind selbstverständlich

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
