Wir stellen im Bereich Qualitätswesen sicher, dass die Wareneingangs-, Prozess- und Endproduktkontrolle anforderungsgerecht durchgeführt wird. Werde Teil unseres Teams als Mitarbeiter im Qualitätswesen (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt auf die Pulvertechnologie und prüfe Rückstellmuster zur Recherche von Fehlerquellen bei Abweichung von unserer Qualitätsnorm oder im Reklamationsfall. Du fungierst zudem als Versuchsbegleitung in der Produktion in Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung (R&D).
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst Freigabe- bzw. Sonderprüfungen sowie die mikrobiologische Überwachung von Rohstoffen und Fertigwaren durch
- Du prüfst Rückstellmuster zur Recherche von Fehlerquellen bei Abweichungen unserer Qualitätsnorm oder im Reklamationsfall
- Du verwaltest und bearbeitest Daten im SAP Qualitätsmodul und verwaltest Analysenzertifikate der Rohstoffhersteller
- Du legst SAP-Prüfpläne an und aktualisierst diese
- Du überwachst Prüfmittel und erstellst Prüf- und Messanweisungen
- Du weist einzelne Produktionsmitarbeitende in unsere QS-Prüfmethoden ein und begleitest Versuche in der Produktion in Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung als Chemielaborant oder vergleichbar, oder ein Studium im Bereich Chemiewissenschaften o.ä. erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du bringst Erfahrungen auf dem Gebiet der Bauchemie mit
- Deine Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet anorganischer Bindemittel ist wünschenswert
- Du verfügst über SAP-Kenntnisse (SAP QM) und gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Du arbeitest selbständig, bist teamfähig und zeigst Einsatzbereitschaft

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
