Was erwartet dich?
- Du disponierst eigene Fahrzeuge und Unternehmer:innen
- Du planst die Tagesabläufe der Fahrzeuge
- Du suchst aktiv nach Ladungen (Komplettpartien) und kaufst Charter LKWs ein
- Du führst Preisverhandlungen mit Unternehmer:innen und berechnest den Frachtraum
- Du erstellst Kundenofferten, übernimmst das Kostencontrolling und bearbeitest Kundenreklamationen betreffend Charterladungen
- Du betreust Kund:innen und bist Ansprechperson für Unternehmer:innen und Fahrer:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung als Kaufmann für Spedition (m/w/d) mit
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition- und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d)
- Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung als Disponent:in im nationalen Bereich mit
- Du trittst sicher auf, hast ein gutes Telefonverhalten und zeigst starkes Engagement
- Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein sowie Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und gutes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Du besitzt Durchsetzungsvermögen, arbeitest selbstständig und hast fundierte Kenntnisse mit den MS-Office-Programmen
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- (C2-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1-Niveau) und/oder sprichst andere Fremdsprachen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
