Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest als Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) den Bereich Finanzen & Controlling mit zwei Mitarbeitenden fachlich
- Du erstellst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse sowie die Finanzplanung, inklusive Liquiditätsplanung und Zahlungsverkehr, und Prognosen und finanzielle Analysen zur Unterstützung der strategischen Entscheidungsfindung
- Du entwickelst und präsentierst monatliche, quartalsweise und jährliche betriebswirtschaftliche Berichte für das Management
- Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für Wirtschafts- und Steuerprüfer
- Du bist in der Lage, Einsparpotentiale aufzuzeigen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im Bereich Finanzen & Controlling mit, beispielsweise als Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Buchführung und Kostenrechnung und DATEV-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Finanzen, Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, beispielsweise eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Problemlösefähigkeit
- Du zeichnest dich durch hohe Genauigkeit und Sorgfalt bei der Arbeit mit Zahlen und Berichten aus
- Du bist fähig, effektiv in interdisziplinären Teams zu arbeiten und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung zu übernehmen, und verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
