LMS ist seit mehr als 40 Jahren als mittelständisches Familienunternehmen im Laborhandel tätig. Zum Kundenstamm gehören Endanwender ebenso wie Fachhändler im In- und Ausland. Neben dem klassischen Laborhandel mit Verbrauchs- und Investitionsgütern sowie Laborgeräten ist das Projekt- und Ausschreibungsgeschäft für Laborausstattungen ein weiteres Geschäftsfeld, das über ein internationales Netzwerk an Herstellern realisiert wird.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du sicherst und baust das Laborgeschäft bei Handels- und Endkund:innen in NRW aus
- Du betreust und baust Bestandskund:innen in den Bereichen Academics/Universitäten, Pharma/Biotech und Applied Industries aus
- Du betreust definierte „Key Accounts“ und gewinnst Neukund:innen
- Du managst selbstständig das Vertriebsgebiet
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Head of Direct Sales zusammen und betreibst Lieferanten-Networking
- Du entwickelst Vertriebsstrategien mit Unterstützung durch erfahrene Vertriebsmitarbeitende und arbeitest beim Erstellen eines Umsatzplans mit Erfolgsrechnung für die definierte Region mit

- Du bringst Vertriebserfahrung mit und Verkaufen ist für dich mehr als Geldverdienen
- Du hast eine BTA-/CTA-Ausbildung oder ein naturwissenschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen
- Du organisierst dich und deine Arbeit gern selbständig
- Du bist geschickt im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Charakteren und bist für deinen Erfolg gern selbst verantwortlich

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
