Was erwartet dich?
- Du administrierst physische, virtuelle und Cloud-Umgebungen sowie IT-Netzwerke inkl. VPN und Telekommunikation
- Du leistest standortübergreifenden 2nd & 3rd-Level-Support über unser User-Helpdesk-System (vorwiegend remote)
- Du installierst, konfigurierst und betreust heterogene Serverumgebungen, Clients und Cloudlösungen
- Du erstellst und berätst ganzheitliche IT-Konzepte und unterstützt unser Rechenzentrum
- Du kommunizierst transparent mit Ansprechpersonen und Kolleg:innen und übernimmst Verantwortung für komplexe IT-Projekte
- Du optimierst nachhaltig die System- und Applikationslandschaft (Microsoft inkl. SQL-Server, Oracle-Database, SAP-BI und vieles mehr)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und warst bereits als IT-Systemintegrator (m/w/d), IT-Techniker:in oder Netzwerk-Administrator:in tätig
- Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung als IT Systemintegrator (m/w/d) oder einem ähnlichen Bereich mit
- Du bist technikbegeistert und hast ein leidenschaftliches Interesse an neuen Technologien
- Du verfügst über umfassende Kenntnisse in Windows/UNIX-Betriebssystemen (Client/Server), mit Datenbanken (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL), Mailservern und Cloud-Computing
- Du hast Erfahrungen mit virtuellen Systemen und zeigst Empathie sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kund:innen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
