Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie gestalten die strategische Ausrichtung des gesamten Service-Bereichs – national und international
- Sie bauen den Geschäftsbereich Service auf, entwickeln ihn weiter und restrukturieren ihn
- Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson im Bereich Service – sowohl intern als auch für Auftraggeber:innen und Unterauftragnehmer:innen
- Sie tragen die Verantwortung für nationale und internationale Kundenaufträge von der Projektübernahme bis zum Abschluss der Inbetriebnahmen, inklusive der Erstellung der Ausführungsunterlagen, Fertigungsendprüfung und technischer Dokumentationen
- Sie konzipieren und führen Kunden- und Mitarbeitendenschulungen durch
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Fertigung der Systeme unter Einhaltung geltender Normen, Gesetze, Vorschriften und Sicherheitsstandards
- Sie führen und fördern die rund 5 Service-Mitarbeitenden, planen deren Einsatz und entwickeln das Team kontinuierlich weiter vor dem Hintergrund der definierten Bereichsziele
- Sie berichten direkt an die Geschäftsführung und arbeiten an der ständigen Verbesserung des Integrierten Managementsystems mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium der Elektrotechnik, Automatisierung, Elektronik oder Mechatronik (TU / FH)
- Sie verfügen mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in mittelständischen Unternehmen
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark und haben ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sie haben Führungserfahrung und sichere Leitungskompetenz
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit, verfolgen Ziele und zeigen Kontinuität in den täglichen Aufgaben und Projekten
- Sie gehen routiniert mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen um und pflegen einen professionellen und freundlichen Umgang mit Kund:innen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
