Deine Aufgaben:
- Du konzipierst, entwickelst und optimierst datengetriebene Marketingmaßnahmen
- Du entwickelst und implementierst automatisierte Marketingkampagnen zur Leadgenerierung und Vertriebsunterstützung
- Du entwickelst Scoring- und Nurturing-Modelle und baust datenbasierte Zielgruppensegmente auf und pflegst diese
- Du erstellst und implementierst E-Mail-Marketingkampagnen
- Du überwachst und pflegst die Datenqualität innerhalb der Marketing-Automation-Software
- Du arbeitest mit dem Content-Team zur Erstellung relevanter Inhalte zusammen und stellst eine konsistente Markenkommunikation über alle Kanäle hinweg sicher
- Du berätst und schulst die Marketingteams zur optimalen Nutzung der Marketing-Automation-Software

Dein Profil:
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Informatik, Digitale Medien oder einem vergleichbaren Fachbereich
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Marketingumfeld, idealerweise im Bereich Marketing Automation
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Marketing-Automation-Software wie HubSpot, Marketo oder Pardot
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten zur Dateninterpretation und Optimierung von Marketingmaßnahmen
