Koordinator für unseren Messemodell-Shop (m/w/d)
Du möchtest in einem internationalen, abteilungsübergreifenden Umfeld arbeiten und dabei die Prozesse hinter unserer Messemodell-Organisation aktiv mitgestalten? In dieser Position übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Koordination und Optimierung der Abläufe rund um unsere Messepräsentationen und sorgst dafür, dass alle Modelle weltweit effizient und zuverlässig eingesetzt werden. Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen und kannst deine Expertise einbringen, um bestehende Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern und weiterzuentwickeln.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du baust unseren Messemodell-Shop aus und pflegst ihn kontinuierlich
- Du disponierst alle Messe- und Präsentationsmodelle, die weltweit im Einsatz sind
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Versandabteilung zusammen
- Du gestaltest die Prozesse unserer Messemodell-Produktion mit und verbesserst sie stetig
- Du erstellst und optimierst unsere Messemodelle – als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere internationalen Kolleg:innen, nimmst du deren Verbesserungsvorschläge auf und bringst dein eigenes Wissen ein, um unsere Messemodelle kontinuierlich zu verbessern
- Du organisierst die Materialbeschaffung und das Lager – dazu gehören Bedarfsermittlung, Bestellungen, Lagerbestandskontrollen und Durchführung von Inventuren

Dein Profil:
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) im Groß- und Außenhandel oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert
- Du verfügst über gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
