Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst als kreativer Kopf zielgerichtete E-Mail-Kampagnen und setzt diese operativ um. Dazu gehört auch, dass Du den Content bei unseren Fachabteilungen briefst und sicherstellst, dass unsere Hauptbotschaft transportiert wird
- Du analysierst und interpretierst Interaktions- & Transaktionsdaten, identifizierst damit Optimierungspotenziale und triffst dann datenbasierte Entscheidungen. Darüber hinaus erstellst Du regelmäßige Reportings, um unsere wichtigsten KPI's im Blick zu haben
- Du hast die operative Weiterentwicklung unserer triggered Journeys in Deiner Hand und gibst dabei Impulse für erfolgsversprechende, neue Ideen
- Du probierst als technikaffiner Mensch neue CRM-Tools aus und schöpfst die Möglichkeiten der digitalen Kundeninteraktion voll aus

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder Digital Marketing abgeschlossen oder verfügst über einen Bachelor in einem ähnlichen Bereich sowie über eine Ausbildung mit CRM-/E-Mail-Marketing-Zertifizierungen
- Du hast über 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich CRM und E-Mail-Marketing sowie Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Projekten und weißt, wie man die Open Rate und die Conversion Rate signifikant steigert
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für die Kundenzentrierung und Spaß daran, Kundenbedürfnisse zu identifizieren
- Du kommunizierst stark in deutscher und englischer Sprache und die regelmäßigen Meetings mit unserem englischsprachigen US-Team sind für Dich pretty easy
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen und liebst es, Eigeninitiative zu zeigen
- Du bringst ausgeprägten Teamgeist und eine Affinität zur Fotobranche mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
