Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Leitung und Implementierung von Kampagnen von der Konzeption bis zur Evaluation eigenständig und kreativ.
- Du entwickelst und steuerst eigenständig eine wirkungsvolle Performance-Marketing-Strategie, mit besonderem Fokus auf Google Ads und anderen digitalen Kanälen, und identifizierst neue Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
- Du identifizierst neue Trends und Entwicklungen, um innovative Marketingmaßnahmen und Events in enger Abstimmung mit dem Produktteam, dem Vertrieb und dem Partnermanagement zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
- Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team an verschiedenen Marketingprojekten in den Bereichen Neukundengewinnung, hochwertiger Lead-Generierung und Bestandskundenentwicklung
- Du unterstützt unser Team dabei, konsistente und starke Markenbotschaften zu entwickeln und sicherzustellen, dass diese den deutschen Markt effektiv erreichen

- Du bist in der Lage, in einem dynamischen Umfeld mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu jonglieren und für dich ist Buchhaltung kein Fremdwort
- Du bringst ein Growth-Mindset mit und hast hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch
- Kreativität und strategisches Denken gehören zu deinen Stärken und du triffst Entscheidungen auf Basis von Daten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
