- Sie verwalten Aufträge
- Sie beantworten Kundenanfragen und beraten Kund:innen
- Sie erstellen, überwachen und dokumentieren Angebote
- Sie managen Reklamationen durch Analyse, Auswertung und Überwachung
- Sie überwachen offene Posten und kontrollieren Lieferquoten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekauffrau/Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 2 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem Industrieunternehmen
- Sie besitzen sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie arbeiten sorgfältig und eigenständig, denken analytisch und konzeptionell und haben gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
