Wir suchen den Allrounder, der genauso Spaß an der Planung und Realisierung von Front- und Backend Web-Anwendungen hat, als auch an technischer Verwaltung und Unterstützung der Kollegen bei Hard- und Software-Problemen.
Was erwartet dich?
Das Besondere an dieser Position ist die spannende Mischung:
- Innerhalb des Entwicklerteams verantwortest du die Planung und Realisierung von Frontend und Backend Web-Anwendungen
- Dein Job beginnt nicht erst mit der Entwicklung: Du stimmst dich bei Bedarf mit unseren Projektmanagern ab und berätst sie bzgl. der technischen Machbarkeit und Umsetzung ihrer Vorhaben oder von Kundenanforderungen
- Du bringst eigene Ideen zur Optimierung der bestehenden Softwarelösungen mit ein, bspw. bei der Modernisierung unserer Anwendungslandschaft oder der Einführung von Qualitätsstandards (Clean Code, CI/CD)
- Du spielst eine große Rolle beim Design und der stetigen Weiterentwicklung unserer internen und von Kunden genutzten Produkte. In dem Rahmen stellt die Einarbeitung in bestehende Anwendungen (PHP, VB.Net, C#) keine Hürde dar
- Technische Verwaltung virtueller Server sowie der Website
- Verwaltung der Windows Domäne und der Arbeitsplatzcomputer
- Verwaltung von Datenbanken, Erstellung von Backups
- Verwalten der Microsoft 365 Umgebung
- Unterstützung der Kollegen bei Hard- und Software-Problemen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung in Informatik, Software-Engineering oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Anwendungs- & Webentwicklung
- Umfangreiche, praktische Kenntnisse mit einer gängigen Frontend- und Backend-Programmiersprache sowie Frameworks (z.B. React/Angular, Javascript; Node.js, PHP oder Python), Erfahrung mit SQL
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse im IT-Projektmanagement
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Mit einer hohen Auffassungsgabe und Hands-on Mentalität punktest du bei deinen Kollegen
- Analytische Fähigkeit zur Analyse und Bewertung komplexer IT-Systeme und Prozesse
- Klare und präzise Kommunikation von technischen Sachverhalten gegenüber nicht-technischen Stakeholdern
- Du hast Spaß daran, dich in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten und dieses Wissen mit deinen Kollegen zu teilen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
