Gemeinsam mit dem Kunden konzipierst du intelligente Geschäftsprozesse und basierend darauf maßgeschneiderte NetSuite ERP-Lösungen, die sowohl funktional als auch preislich die Erwartungen der jungen Zielunternehmen erfüllen. Deine Verantwortung reicht vom ersten Kontakt über den Vertragsabschluss bis hin zur Umsetzung und langfristigen Betreuung. Dabei behältst du immer neue Vertriebschancen im Blick und hilfst, das Wachstum deiner Kunden weiter voranzutreiben.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du treibst explosives Wachstum voran, indem du regelmäßig an Events in der Gründerszene teilnimmst und selbständig Marktchancen aufspürst
- Du meisterst jede Phase des Verkaufszyklus vom Prospecting bis zum Vertragsabschluss und darüber hinaus, mit besonderem Fokus auf den Aufbau persönlicher Beziehungen
- Du kultivierst und erweiterst dein Netzwerk in der Start-up Szene von Einzelpraktiker:innen bis hin zu innovativen Wachstumsunternehmen – sowohl am Telefon als auch durch persönliche Besuche
- Du berätst Kund:innen fachkundig und entwickelst mit unserem Team maßgeschneiderte Lösungen, die speziell auf die Bedürfnisse von jungen Wachstumsunternehmen abgestimmt sind
- Du bleibst immer am Puls der neuesten Entwicklungen und Trends und nutzt dieses Wissen in deinen Gesprächen und Besuchen
- Du vertrittst unser Unternehmen bei wichtigen Branchenveranstaltungen und Start-up Events selbstbewusst und charismatisch und intensivierst dabei persönliche Kontakte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationswirtschaft, BWL mit IT-Affinität, Informatik mit BWL-Affinität oder bist Quereinsteiger:in mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Praxiserfahrung
- Du verfügst idealerweise über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb komplexer IT-Lösungen und hast bereits nachweisbar erfolgreich Softwareprodukte verkauft oder du besitzt einfach das Vertriebs-Gen
- Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und der Zielgruppe angemessene Umgangsformen
- Du hast den Mut, neue Strategien auszuprobieren und erfinderisch zu sein
- Deine Leidenschaft liegt im Aufbau von Neukundenbeziehungen. Du agierst als zuverlässige:r Berater:in, der Kund:innen auf Augenhöhe begegnet und langfristige Partnerschaften aufbaut
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, ergebnisorientiert und bist gleichzeitig ein:e Teamplayer:in, wobei deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise dir hilft, ambitionierte Ziele zu erreichen und kontinuierlich den Erfolg deiner Vertriebsstrategie sicherzustellen

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
