- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für technische Supportanfragen und stellst sicher, dass diese zur Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden gelöst werden
- Du beantwortest Anrufe, Chats und E-Mails in einer positiven, empathischen und freundlichen Form
- Du betrachtest die Kunden gesamtheitlich und berätst jeden individuell
- Du erkennst das Upselling-Potential bei einer großen Bandbreite unserer Produkte
- Du verwaltest Linux Server Betriebssysteme und führst maßgeschneiderte Installations- und/oder Wartungsarbeiten für unsere Kunden durch
- Du passt komplexe HA-Lösungen, Speichersysteme und Virtualisierungstechnologien an
- Du nimmst an einem rotierenden Bereitschaftsplan teil (auch nachts und am Wochenende), um eine hohe Verfügbarkeit und die Behebung von Störungen innerhalb der vereinbarten SLAs zu gewährleisten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im IT-Umfeld
- Du bringst erste Erfahrung in der telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenbetreuung mit und zeigst vertriebliches Engagement
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in der Administration und Konfiguration von Linuxservern sowie in der Administration von komplexen vernetzten IT-Systemen
- Du bist mit Begriffen wie MX-Einträge, DNS-Records und dem Umgang mit Domains ebenso vertraut wie mit den gängigsten Internetanwendungen und Web-Standards
- Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen in der Hostingbranche
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, ein ausgeprägtes Maß an Eigeninitiative mit der Arbeit im Team zu verbinden und auch in stressigen Situationen das Ziel nicht aus den Augen zu verlieren
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C1-Niveau) und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
