Was erwartet dich?
- Du administrierst die Container Plattform unter Red Hat OpenShift.
- Du verbesserst kontinuierlich die Container-Plattform hinsichtlich sich ändernder Technologien sowie Sicherheits- und Kund:innenanforderungen.
- Du administrierst die Infrastruktur mit dem VMware Produktportfolio: vSphere und Operations.
- Du konzipierst fachspezifische Lösungen und arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung der Services.
- Du führst proaktive Analysen durch und leitest Optimierungen für die Plattform sowie die zugehörigen Betriebsabläufe ab.
- Du planst und implementierst Tests und führst nachfolgende Changes an der IT Infrastruktur im Serverbereich und der Container Plattform durch.
- Du erstellst und pflegst Dokumentationen und arbeitest in Projekten mit.
- Du berätst Kund:innen und wirkst in Expert:innengremien mit.
- Du beachtest den IT-Grundschutz nach BSI.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik (Bachelor of Science) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst Kenntnisse aus mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung, z.B. im Containerumfeld, mit.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Kubernetes und idealerweise über Kenntnisse von Red Hat OpenShift.
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse der Werkzeuge aus dem Container-Bereich wie GIT, Terraform und Helm.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Administration der VMware vSphere Umgebung.
- Du kennst Programmier- oder Skriptsprachen wie z. B. JavaScript, Go, Bash und hast Kenntnisse in der Infrastruktur eines Rechenzentrums.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und zielorientiert.
- Du bist zuverlässig, belastbar und verantwortungsbewusst.
- Du hast gute Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
