Was erwartet dich?
- Du stellst Automatisierungstools bereit und administrierst diese, wie zum Beispiel die Ansible Automation Platform.
- Du erstellst Playbooks zur Automatisierung von Abläufen in der Anwendungsbetreuung, einschließlich der Planung der Betriebsumgebung, Konfiguration und Installation der Anwendungen in Test- und Produktionsumgebungen unter Einbeziehung weiterer Organisationseinheiten.
- Du betreust Testversionen und überwachst den Betrieb.
- Du analysierst und behebst Fehler, inklusive Second-Level-Support, und erstellst Betriebskonzepte sowie Betriebsdokumentationen.
- Du konfigurierst und analysierst Schnittstellen und berätst Kund:innen beim Einsatz der Anwendung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss.
- Du hast fundiertes Wissen und gute Kenntnisse in Serverbetriebssystemen Linux (RHEL), allgemeinen Datensicherheits- und Datenschutzbestimmungen, Oracle Datenbanken, Automatisierungstools (z.B. Ansible Automation Platform), Anwendungsplattform OpenShift und Applikationsservern (z.B. JBoss).
- Du bringst Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Kund:innen sowie ITIL-Kenntnisse mit.
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, arbeitest konzeptionell sowie analytisch und eine selbstständige und flexible Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du bist bereit zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und zum selbstständigen Einarbeiten in neue Themengebiete sowie zu Dienstreisen.
- Du verfügst über eine gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in der deutschen Sprache sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
