Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Administration, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer gesamten IT-Systemlandschaft – mit Schwerpunkt auf Linux-Umgebungen
- Du betreust unsere Mitarbeitenden an beiden Standorten im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei technischen Fragestellungen
- Du bist verantwortlich für den 1st-Level-Support (interner Service Desk) und kümmerst dich um die sichere Verwaltung von Linux-Systemen per Konsole sowie um die Administration unserer internen Anwendungen
- Du arbeitest mit Office 365 in einer hybriden Active Directory Umgebung und verwaltest unsere IT-Assets sowie koordinierst externe Dienstleister
- Du bist aktiv beteiligt an der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten und unterstützt bei der Administration von Software-Paketierung und -Verteilung, Ansible-Automatisierung, Zabbix-Monitoring und Docker-Umgebungen
- Du begleitest das HR-On- und Offboarding, z. B. durch die Bereitstellung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen und Software, und bringst dich ein bei der Einhaltung von IT-Sicherheitsstandards nach ISO 27001, ISO 9001 und ISO 13485
- Du arbeitest an der Dokumentation, Erstellung von IT-Richtlinien und Handbüchern mit und teilst dein Wissen mit Key Usern, um die interne IT-Kompetenz zu fördern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, ein entsprechendes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position mit – gerne im IT- oder KMU-Umfeld
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der Linux-Systemadministration (Dateisysteme, Prozesse, Netzwerkprotokolle) und Erfahrung mit Skripting (z. B. Bash, Python)
- Du hast ein gutes Netzwerkverständnis (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewall-Regeln) und erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Oracle-Datenbanken wären wünschenswert
- Du verfügst über Know-how im Bereich IT-Sicherheit und Zugriffskontrolle sowie hohe analytische Fähigkeiten und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
