Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Leitung der Baustellen bis zur Übergabe an die Kund:innen gemäß Bauaufträgen
- Du planst, bereitest vor und führst die Montagearbeiten durch, d.h., du kümmerst dich um die technische und kaufmännische Auftragsabwicklung inkl. Leistungserfassung und Abnahme von Nachunternehmerleistungen
- Du überwachst und hältst die Planung, Vorschriften und Normen sowie das Budget und die Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards ein
- Du stimmst dich mit Kund:innen, Partner:innen und Lieferant:innen vor Ort ab
- Du überwachst die Baustellen unter Einbeziehung der Logistik, beauftragter Fremdfirmen und eigener Mitarbeitender

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise ein Studium als Bauingenieur:in mit Schwerpunkt Konstruktiver Ingenieurbau oder eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position (z.B. als Polier:in)
- Du verfügst über umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Bereich Stahlbau und praktische Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Baumaßnahmen
- Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerschein Klasse B und bist reisebereit
- Du bist höhentauglich und zeigst hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Engagement, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Du gehst sicher mit Microsoft Office um

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
