IT-Systemberater für Support und Infrastruktur (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du installierst, konfigurierst, nimmst in Betrieb und wartest unsere Finanzsoftware in das bestehende IT-System bei Kund:innen vor Ort
- Du installierst externe Applikationen (DMS, Digitalisierungssoftware, Signaturverfahren) bei Kund:innen vor Ort und remote
- Du führst Schulungen und Workshops durch und begleitest Kund:innen im Rahmen der Softwareeinführung
- Du leistest Kundensupport im Rahmen unserer Hotline
- Du entwickelst, pflegst und installierst Tools zur Automatisierung von Prozessen bei Kund:innen (CMD, Python, PowerShell)
- Du erstellst Fachkonzepte zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung der Software sowie dazugehöriger Schnittstellen (u.a. Rechnungsimport, Archivierung, CMIS) und führst Softwaretests im Rahmen des Softwareentwicklungsprozesses durch, inklusive anschließender Dokumentation (Handbücher, Knowledgebase, Confluence)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration, IT-Techniker:in bzw. im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Netzwerkadministration, Systemintegration und im IT-Support
- Du bist sehr sicher im Umgang mit Windows Servern, bestenfalls auch mit Linux Servern, und hast gute Kenntnisse von SQL-Datenbanken, bestenfalls MS SQL, optional Oracle
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Automatisierung (CMD, Python, PowerShell) und idealerweise erste Einblicke in den Themen Cloud-Technologien, Deployment und DevOps
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Dienstleistungsgedanken und Qualitätsanspruch mit
- Du bist gelegentlich reisebereit (ca. 15-30 Termine pro Jahr) und besitzt einen Führerschein Klasse B sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
