Was erwartet dich?
- Du hast den Schwerpunkt im CAPA-Management
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das System der Abweichungsbearbeitung, einschließlich Erstellung, Pflege und Schulung der relevanten Dokumente
- Du administrierst das computergestützte Abweichungsmanagementsystem
- Du stellst die GMP-gerechte Bewertung interner Abweichungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen sicher
- Du prüfst und bewertest inhaltlich CAPAs und Abweichungen
- Du definierst, wertest aus und analysierst Trends relevanter Kennzahlen
- Du präsentierst das Abweichungsmanagement in Kundenaudits und behördlichen Inspektionen
- Du optimierst kontinuierlich das CAPA- und Abweichungs-Management
- Du führst interne Schulungen zum CAPA- und Abweichungs-Management durch
- Du wirkst in abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten mit und vertrittst das Abweichungs- und Reklamationsmanagement

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium bzw. eine vergleichbare naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Abweichungs- und CAPA-Management
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Bewertung von Non-Conformities in regulierten GMP-Umgebungen
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Durchführung von GMP-Audits oder bist bereit zur Weiterbildung
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
- Du hast eine hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
- Du besitzt Organisationsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Du bist ein Teamplayer:in mit Hands-on-Mentalität

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
