Sachbearbeiter im Vertrieb und Export (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du nimmst Aufträge an und erstellst Auftragsbestätigungen im Warenwirtschaftssystem GUS-OS
- Du erstellst und verfolgst Speditionsaufträge für Luft-, See- und LKW-Transporte
- Du erstellst Versandpapiere, einschließlich Rechnungen, Lieferscheinen und Exportdokumenten, und kümmerst dich um die Zollabwicklung
- Du überwachst Liefertermine und Warenbestände sowie die Chargenfreigabe der Produkte
- Du bearbeitest nationale und internationale Kundenkorrespondenz und betreust Kund:innen telefonisch und schriftlich in englischer Sprache
- Du arbeitest eng mit betroffenen internen Abteilungen zusammen und kümmerst dich um die BTM-Abwicklung, einschließlich Einholen von Importlizenzen und Beantragen von Exportlizenzen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Bereich Exportsachbearbeitung mit
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, z.B. als Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau oder Industriekaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbar
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) und hast Erfahrungen mit gängigen Export-Tools wie Atlas und Zolldokumentation
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig und bist teamfähig, kommunikationsstark, belastbar und flexibel

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
