Mitarbeiter medizinische Verwaltung Ambulante Reha (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie steuern und planen Aufnahmen, Therapien und Entlassungen für ganztägig orthopädische Rehabilitanden und Patient:innen der Erweiterten Ambulanten Physiotherapie (EAP) aller Kostenträger
- Sie koordinieren monatlich Therapien mittels Behandlungsstandards nach Verfügbarkeit von Heilmitteln und Therapeut:innen für die ambulante Rehabilitation und für das Rückenzentrum der Multimodalen Schmerztherapie
- Sie arbeiten mit Sozialdiensten der Krankenhäuser, Krankenkassen, Rentenversicherungen, Berufsgenossenschaften und Arztpraxen zusammen
- Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Ärzt:innen und Therapeut:innen, einschließlich der Führung von Ärztekalendern mit dem Ziel der optimalen Auslastung des Ambulanten Reha-Zentrums
- Sie verwalten die Patient:innen und beraten Rehabilitanden telefonisch und persönlich
- Sie weisen Rehabilitanden persönlich zu allen Fragen der Reha und dem Ablauf ein
