Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst und überwachst die Produktionsabläufe und Betriebsprozesse im Fahrzeugbau an allen Standorten unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten
- Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst die Mitarbeitenden im Betrieb weiter
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorschriften und internen Qualitätsstandards sicher
- Du entwickelst und setzt Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung und Prozessoptimierung um
- Du arbeitest mit anderen Abteilungen wie Vertrieb, Einkauf und Konstruktion zusammen und tauschst dich regelmäßig mit der Geschäftsführung aus

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Fahrzeugbau oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und hast Führungserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz
- Du bist organisationsstark und denkst unternehmerisch
- Du gehst sicher mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office um und hast Kommunikationsstärke sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
