Teilprojektleiter für Sekundärtechnik Projekte (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du koordinierst die Planung von sekundärtechnischen Anlagen
- Du übernimmst das Teilprojektmanagement mit Verantwortung für technische Umsetzung und Organisation
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Vertragsverpflichtungen und gesetzlichen Vorschriften sicher
- Du gewährleistest die Umsetzung von Kundenspezifikationen und technischen Standards
- Du koordinierst ein kleines Projektteam zur Sicherstellung der Projektqualität
- Du bearbeitest technisch Angebote und schlüsselfertige Projekte im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
- Du bist verantwortlich für Termine und Budget in deinem Aufgabenbereich
- Du nimmst an Verhandlungen mit Kund:innen, Fachplaner:innen und Lieferant:innen teil
- Du koordinierst mit dem Projektmanagement: Angebotseinholung von Unterauftragnehmer:innen sowie Risikomanagement, Claims und Abweichungsberichte (NCR)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen fachlichen Hintergrund durch ein Studium der Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Planung und Projektleitung von Großanlagen (z. B. FACTS, HGÜ-Anlagen, Kraftwerke etc.) mit
- Du hast Erfahrung mit NX/Inventor oder SolidWorks, was von Vorteil ist
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Sekundärtechnik-Komponenten, einschließlich Steuerungssystemen, Schutztechnik und Kommunikationsprotokollen
- Du kennst dich mit Projektmanagement-Tools und -Methoden (z. B. PMI, PRINCE2) sowie Software (z. B. MS Project, SAP) aus
- Du besitzt hervorragende zwischenmenschliche, kommunikative und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und kannst effektiv mit diversen Teams und Stakeholdern zusammenarbeiten
- Du kannst komplexe Probleme analysieren, Lösungen finden und fundierte Entscheidungen unter Druck treffen
- Du hast gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, was von Vorteil ist
- Du bist flexibel und bereit, bei Bedarf zu Projektstandorten zu reisen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
