Lead Elektroingenieur für Hochspannungstechnik (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest und überwachst die technische Planung von Hochspannungssystemen, einschließlich Umspannwerken, Transformatoren und Netzanschlüssen, unter Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Zuverlässigkeits- und Effizienzstandards
- Du verwaltest Projektzeitpläne, Budgets und Ressourcen für Hochspannungsprojekte – von der Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme
- Du entwickelst und überprüfst elektrische Schaltpläne, Einliniendiagramme und Spezifikationen und führst Netzanalysen durch, einschließlich Lastfluss-, Kurzschluss- und Schutzstudien
- Du stellst sicher, dass alle Entwürfe den Industriestandards (z. B. IEC, IEEE, VDE) und nationalen Vorschriften, einschließlich DIN- und VDE-Normen, entsprechen
- Du erstellst und überprüfst detaillierte technische Dokumentationen, einschließlich technischer Spezifikationen, Testpläne und Betriebs- und Wartungshandbücher, und stellst die Qualitätskontrolle in allen Projektphasen sicher
- Du arbeitest mit internen Teams, Kund:innen, Auftragnehmern und Aufsichtsbehörden zusammen, um eine reibungslose Projektdurchführung und klare Kommunikation mit allen Beteiligten sicherzustellen
- Du identifizierst und minderst potenzielle Projektrisiken und löst technische Herausforderungen, um ununterbrochene Fortschritte sicherzustellen
- Du unterstützt und leitest Junior-Ingenieur:innen zur Förderung von Fähigkeiten und einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Du bringst mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung in der Hochspannungstechnik mit und hast nachgewiesene Expertise in Systemplanung und Projektmanagement
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in Netzanalysesoftware (z. B. ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory) und CAD-Tools (z. B. AutoCAD, EPLAN)
- Du hast fundiertes Wissen über Hochspannungsschutz- und Kontrollsysteme, Geräte und Sicherheitsprotokolle
- Du besitzt ein ausgezeichnetes Verständnis der einschlägigen Standards und Vorschriften (IEC, IEEE, VDE) für Hochspannungsanlagen
- Du hast nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Projekte zu leiten und Fristen einzuhalten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
