Was erwartet dich?
- Du bereitest die Produktion und Konfektionierung der Produkte selbstständig vor und reinigst die Produktionsmaschinen. Dabei berichtest du über technische Probleme.
- Du protokollierst und dokumentierst alle produktiven und analytischen Tätigkeiten nach den vorgegebenen Anforderungen.
- Du hältst dich an die Regelungen des Qualitätsmanagementsystems (DIN ISO 9001/13485) und beachtest die Arbeitsschutzvorschriften.
- Du stimmst dich mit deinem Team ab, um Synthesen und anfallende Arbeiten zu koordinieren und die Liefertreue sicherzustellen.
- Du gehst sicher mit Gefahrstoffen um und bist bereit, körperliche Arbeit zu leisten.
- Du unterstützt bei der Warenannahme und übernimmst weitere Aufgaben, die für den Betriebsablauf innerhalb der Abteilung notwendig sind, wie die Chemikalienentsorgung und Lagerarbeiten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene chemische Ausbildung, wie zum Beispiel als Chemikant, Chemielaborant oder CTA, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der chemischen Produktion mit.
- Du gehst sicher mit Gefahrstoffen um.
- Du bist belastbar bei der Ausführung körperlicher Arbeit, zum Beispiel beim Heben von 25-Liter-Behältern, und hältst die Hygienemaßnahmen ein.
- Du hast Freude daran, im Team auf Augenhöhe zu arbeiten, und bist gut in der Selbstorganisation.
- Du beherrschst Deutsch sicher auf mindestens B2-Niveau und Englisch auf mindestens B1-Niveau.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
