- Du führst erfahrene und engagierte Bau- und Projektleiter:innen bei der Umsetzung anstehender Ingenieurbau-Projekte
- Du hast Freude an der Kommunikation mit Bauherr:innen, Planer:innen und Fachstellen
- Du bringst eigenständig Verhandlungen zum Erfolg deiner Projekte und deines Bereiches
- Du überwachst und steuerst unsere systematisierten Arbeitsschritte und behältst den Überblick über Kalkulationen, Angebote, Bauabläufe sowie bei der Kontrolle der Baustellenergebnisse
- Du wirkst steuernd bei der Vergabe von Lieferanten- und Nachunternehmerleistungen mit und begleitest die Projektabwicklung

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Aus-/Weiterbildung als Meister:in oder Techniker:in
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von Projekten im Ingenieurbau mit
- Du trittst sicher in Verhandlungen auf und hast Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Du hast Freude an Kommunikation und Erfahrungen im Umgang mit dem System RIB iTWO sind von Vorteil
- Du denkst und handelst unternehmerisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
