- Projektplanung und -steuerung: Du verantwortest die strukturierte Planung, Steuerung und Koordination von Projekten im Defence-Bereich und stellst sicher, dass alle Projektziele erreicht werden.
- Du bist Impulsgeber: Mit Deiner Projektmanagementexpertise und Beratungserfahrung erkennst Du die Bedarfe unserer Kunden, entwickelst passgenaue Lösungen und setzt diese gemeinsam mit den Ingenics Projektteams um.
- Strategischer Partner: Du baust vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen auf und stehst als kompetenter Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) zur Verfügung.
- Qualitätssicherung: Du sorgst für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Projekte und stellst sicher, dass die Ergebnisse den höchsten Standards entsprechen.
- Innovationsmanagement: Du identifizierst im Rahmen der Projekte neue Möglichkeiten und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungsleistungen im Defence-Bereich bei.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaft oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Defence-Bereich.
- Erfahrungen mit Projektmanagement-Tools und -Methoden (z. B. Agile, PMI, PRINCE2) wünschenswert.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenzen.
- Reisebereitschaft sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert.
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
