- Sie bedienen, richten ein und optimieren unsere klein- und großformatigen Stanztiegel & Stanzautomaten der Karton- und Pappenverarbeitung
- Sie stellen einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf sicher
- Sie führen Qualitätskontrollen durch und verbessern kontinuierlich die Produktionsprozesse
- Sie halten Kosten- und Terminvorgaben ein
- Sie führen Maschinenpflege und Wartungsarbeiten durch
- Sie unterstützen bei der Weiterverarbeitung und Verpackung

Ihr Profil
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung mit mindestens 2 Jahren Produktionserfahrung, idealerweise in der Papier- oder Druckindustrie
- Sie haben Erfahrung mit Stanzautomaten und Stanztiegeln, was von Vorteil ist
- Sie arbeiten selbständig und strukturiert mit einem hohen Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Sie denken lösungs- und ergebnisorientiert
- Sie bringen Teamgeist, Motivation und Einsatzbereitschaft mit
- Sie bringen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit (mind. C1-Niveau)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
