Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unsere Kolleg:innen bei Fragen zu Client-, Netzwerk-, Software- und anderen IT-Problemen
- Du verantwortest die Fehleranalyse in der IT-Infrastruktur
- Du unterstützt bei IT-Projekten und sorgst für eine ordentliche Durchführung
- Du übernimmst das Endpoint Management, einschließlich Patchmanagement und Application Management
- Du kümmerst Dich um Hardware und User Provisioning/Deprovisioning sowie das Site Management für Arbeitsplätze, Meetingräume, Hardware und Schließanlage

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT (gerne auch Berufseinsteiger)
- Du bringst Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Serviceanfragen und Ticketsystemen mit, wie z.B. JIRA
- Du hast Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows- und Mac Clients sowie von Standard-Software, einschließlich Microsoft Produkte
- Du zeichnest Dich durch eine verantwortungsbewusste, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus und hast eine ausgeprägte Fehleranalysefähigkeit
- Du hast Organisationsgeschick, ein gutes Gefühl für Dein Zeitmanagement und kannst Dich für neue Technologien begeistern
- Du bist ein absoluter Teamplayer und gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
