Was erwartet Sie?
- Technologiescout: Identifizierung neuer Produktideen und Trends
- Marktanalyse und Benchmark: Analyse und Bewertung der Marktposition und des Produktportfolios sowie Betrachtung neuer potentieller Märkte und neuer Zielgruppen
- Strategieentwicklung: Erstellung von Strategien für die Positionierung und Vermarktung von elektronischen Produkten und digitalen Services / IoT
- Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Marketing und Produktentwicklung zur Sicherstellung, dass Systemarchitekturen und Konfiguratoren den Anforderungen entsprechen
- Produktentwicklung: Erstellung von Anforderungsprofilen, Konzeption und Entwicklung neuer elektronischer Produkte sowie Verbesserung bestehender Produktfamilien
- Produktlebenszyklus: Updates von Schaltgeräten und den dazugehörigen digitalen Services, Einführung von Produktvarianten oder -modellen, Anpassung der Preisstrategien sowie Planung und Durchführung des Produktauslaufs
- Schulung und Weiterbildung: Planung und Durchführung von Schulungsmaßnahmen und Webinaren für Fachpersonal
- Erstellung von Unterlagen: Anfertigung von Anforderungsprofilen und Vertriebsinformationen sowie Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von EBAs sowie Freigabedokumenten
- Individuelle Lösungen: Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Sonderanlagen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik/Elektrotechnik
- Vorkenntnisse in den technischen Regelwerken (z.B. DIN, VDE, VdS) sind von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von Schaltgeräten und Softwarearchitekturen
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Überprüfung mechanischer Kompontenten mit elektrotechnischer Funktion
- Proaktive, selbstständige und struktrurierte Arbeitsweise sowie effektives Zeitmanagement
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an Teamarbeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
