Was erwartet dich?
- Du gestaltest die Produktstrategie und Roadmap des unternehmensinternen Partnerprogramms für Agenturen, Freelancer und Webdesigner, einer zentralen Anwendung für mehr als 20.000 internationale Agentur-, Channel-, ISV- und Consulting-Partner:innen
- Du führst disziplinarisch und fachlich unser agiles Softwareentwicklungs-Team
- Du entwickelst das Team weiter, während du die Eigenverantwortung der Mitglieder wahrst
- Du unterstützt das Team mit einem Hands-On-Mindset aktiv bei der Lösung technischer und organisatorischer Herausforderungen
- Du arbeitest eng mit Stakeholdern, Produktmanagement und Vertrieb zusammen, um nachhaltige Strukturen und Lösungen zu schaffen
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Projekte und Produkte und stellst einen reibungslosen Übergang von Verantwortlichkeiten sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, idealerweise von agilen Teams
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung und im Aufbau von Applikationen
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Projekt- und Produktmanagement sowie die Fähigkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und zu delegieren
- Du kommunizierst offen und ehrlich, um ein unterstützendes Umfeld für das Team zu schaffen
- Du zeigst Teamgeist und Nahbarkeit, die durch ein aktives Vorleben einer positiven Arbeitsatmosphäre sichtbar werden

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
