Produktionsleiter für Wartung und Instandhaltung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst und kontrollierst die Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten in der Produktion.
- Du analysierst Fehler an den Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen.
- Du gewährleistest und sicherst die Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften am Arbeitsplatz.
- Du wirkst bei der Erweiterung und Konstruktion von Anlageteilen mit.
- Du bestellst Bauteile und Baugruppen.
- Du führst den Fachbereich fachlich, planst den Einsatz und koordinierst das Fachpersonal.
- Du führst Nachweise und pflegst die Datenbanken über durchgeführte Arbeiten sowie Ersatzteile.
- Du übernimmst Ruf-Bereitschaftsdienste.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister/Techniker in der Fachrichtung Metall und freust dich auf ständige Weiterbildung und Entwicklung.
- Du bringst technisches Interesse, handwerkliches Geschick und idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der mechanischen Instandhaltung von Industriemaschinen mit.
- Du handelst qualitätsbewusst, zielorientiert und eigenverantwortlich und arbeitest sehr gewissenhaft, prozess-analytisch und verantwortungsbewusst.
- Du zeichnest dich durch Einsatzbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit aus.
- Flexibilität und Vorbildwirkung sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung der Software Ultiom sind wünschenswert.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
