Was erwartet dich?
- Du organisierst die Baustellen und disponierst das Material
- Du leitest das Montageteam, liest Ausführungszeichnungen und erstellst Fertigungsskizzen
- Du planst den Bau, optimierst Termine und erstattest Fortschrittsberichte
- Du überwachst die Baustellenaktivität sowie die Arbeitsqualität und Arbeitssicherheit
- Du beteiligst dich an der Entwicklung, dem Erhalt und der Verbesserung der Projektabwicklung und kommunizierst mit allen Beteiligten
- Du führst selbstständig Montagearbeiten durch und entwickelst partnerschaftliche Beziehungen mit Kund:innen, Nachunternehmen und Dritten auf der Baustelle

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker*in – Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Anlagenmechaniker mit
- Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du hast Führungskompetenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Eigeninitiative und einen zupackenden, selbstständigen Arbeitsstil
- Du verfügst über Fachkenntnisse übergreifender Gewerke und arbeitest bei der Baustellenabrechnung mit
- Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2) und arbeitest gut organisiert und strukturiert
- Du bist motiviert, flexibel und zuverlässig, hast ein gutes Gespür für Prioritäten und die Fähigkeit, unter Termindruck die Ruhe zu bewahren

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
